The following is a recap of the June 29 event Invest NY: Future of Food organized by the Upstate Capital Association.

Over 100 people gathered at the Culinary Institute of America on June 29 for Upstate Capital’s 5th annual Future of Food. The event was part of the Invest NY series, sponsored by NYSTAR and produced by Upstate Capital, designed to highlight innovation in various industries across New York. Upstate Capital connects investors with startups to facilitate access to capital for early-stage companies. NYSTAR, a division of Empire State Development, supports technology and innovation in manufacturing and industry.
